Common Questions
Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is needed for our Introductory Class. All levels are welcome, and our instructors adjust their guidance accordingly.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, flexible clothing is suitable for introductory sessions. A practice uniform (keikogi) is provided for the Half-Day Immersion.
Are classes offered in English?
Yes. Our instructors are able to guide sessions in both Japanese and English.
